1. Who we are

These terms form an agreement between you and Lilium Digital LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #22937, Casper, WY 82609, USA. "We", "us" and "the company" mean Lilium Digital LLC.

2. What we sell

• Digital goods: educational material and other files delivered electronically. Nothing physical is shipped.
• Subscription software: access to a web application, billed monthly in advance until cancelled.

The description, price and billing period of a product are shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Payment

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank may apply its own conversion or foreign-transaction fee, which is outside our control.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the period already paid for.

4. Access and delivery

Digital goods are available immediately after payment is confirmed. Subscription access begins with the first payment and continues while the subscription is active.

5. Acceptable use

You may use what you buy for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish our material, nor attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend access where these terms are broken.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Availability and disclaimer

We work to keep our products available and accurate, but they are provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted availability and do not guarantee any particular commercial result. Nothing we sell is financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be notified by email before taking effect.
